SHIPPING 

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days. (M-F) 

Orders are shipped via USPS GROUND mail unless priority is purchased by the buyer and orders generally arrive 3-4 days after shipping. 

Once the piece leaves my studio, I unfortunately have no insight into what USPS does with it from there. I will have the same tracking information you do. 

I cannot be responsible for packages that are “Delivered” via your carrier. If your shipment is showing as delivered in the carrier’s system but you have not received it you will need to open a claim via the carrier. I recommend having your items shipped to wherever is safest and most convenient for you to receive your package during normal delivery hours to avoid theft or mis-delivery.


IRREGULARITIES

Please note, all of my products are handmade, and slight variation in clay or glaze color, texture, finish and size are to be expected and are not considered flaws. I hope you agree that these minor irregularities contribute to the over-all uniqueness and beauty of the piece. In the event you feel you have an item that the function is affected by a defect, please contact me with a description of the problem. I will diagnose the issue, and then offer to either replace the item or issue you a store credit if a defect is detected.


SHIPPING ISSUES

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days. 

I am not liable for lost or stolen packages and release responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. I will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from me, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to us. We will subtract this amount from your merchandise credit, if any.

If your order arrives broken, help me to help you! Here is what you can do:
1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s).
2. Contact me to let me know about the mishap right away
3. I will handle the claim with the shipping carrier and arrange sending a replacement out to you free of charge as soon as possible. Please retain the packaging and broken product until notified. Occasionally (especially for larger orders) the shipping carrier will want to collect and inspect the damage prior to approving a claim.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time NO international orders will take place. The US is a major mess and truthfully I’ve had more errors than success so far. Thank you for understanding and I hope to open this option sooner than later again. 


RETURNS

All sales are FINAL, but if you are truly unhappy with your order please contact me within 5 days and I will work with you to resolve any concerns. I love you, and I want you to be happy with your purchase! I want my art in a happy home. 


CARE

Due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics, I cannot be responsible for broken or damaged pieces weeks, months down the line. My pieces are made to be durable, and can last for literally lifetimes with the correct care. 

Remember that even though most of my pieces are dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended for the longevity of your piece. Handwashing handmade ceramics allows for you to take time to care for the pieces over throwing them into a dishwasher. 

I use a Cermaic sealer to help with keeping all unglazed surfaces stain free & absorb less water. Do not expose the wares to sudden, dramatic shifts in temperature (e.g. place into a hot oven from the freezer) or place over an open flame. Never ever microwave a mug with cold water in it, as this can easily shock handmade ceramics. 

Each piece is made with its own personality. Deviations are to be expected in any handmade item.
